Security Checks _________________________________________________________________________ SECURITY CHECKS At times when your property is not being rented out, or just for peace of mind when you are not here, we can do weekly, fortnightly, or monthly checks on said properties. Security checks consist of: Perform a visual inspection of exterior and interior of property. Pest and vermin check. Ensure all security services and equipment are working. Alarms informing you of any problems as soon as possible via e-mail or phone. We even do on the spot security checks by request.
